Psychological Evaluation

This component allows you to explore various issues present in your personal and professional life. The psychologist will help you identify your strengths and weaknesses as well as the skills to improve in order to achieve better psychological balance.

You’ll be then able to identify personal coping strategies which allow you to react positively to stress and improve your daily performance.

The psychological evaluation also includes questionnaires that you will be asked to answer prior to your appointment. Therefore, based on your desired topic, you may choose, as part of your medical check-up, a specific questionnaire adapted to your personal objectives.

General Fitness Evaluation

The second component is a general fitness evaluation conducted by a kinesiologist (physical fitness consultant).

    This evaluation includes :
  • Anthropometric evaluation (body fat and anthropometric measurements) :
    • flexibility
    • muscular strength
    • muscular endurance
    • blood pressure
  • Results analysis based on comparison with Canadian standards.
  • Assistance from the kinesiologist to set your goals and find ways to achieve them.
  • Creating a list of recommendations adapted to your needs.

Nutritional Evaluation

This component includes a complete nutritional assessment carried out by our dietitians.

It is known today that diseases such as hypertension, obesity, diabetes and hypercholesterolemia are often the result of poor nutrition.

It is therefore important to pay special attention to this aspect of our daily lives.

Our dietitians are able to assess if the diet is adequate and if it does not lead to any health problems.

They will also create a personalized food balance sheet, adapted to the needs of the individual.
