EAP services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Each call is received and treated by our professional counselors. At any time, employees may obtain information about services offered, talk about their problems or make an appointment with our professionals.
Employees will never have to deal with a voice messaging service; all calls are answered by one of our advisors. Whenever necessary, the call is directed to a psychologist specializing in crisis intervention or to a physician, who are available 24 hours a day.
Phone interventions aim primarily at defusing a crisis and referring the person in distress to the appropriate resources.
