Employee Assistance Program

An Employee Assistance Program is a professional and confidential service offered by companies to their employees to help solve a wide range of problems that may affect their work performance and well-being.

Given that the number of meetings is usually limited and predetermined by the employer, the assistance program is mandatorily based on a short-term approach which allows obtaining tangible results for each case in order to address occasional difficulties.

This model of counseling based on short-term cognitive-behavioral therapy involves clearly defined objectives promoting behavior change.

Our Employee Assistance Program is intended as a multi-component program offering individual services to the employees and support services to managers to help them in specific situations requiring support from specialized professionals.

Here are some examples of problems that could lead to a consultation with one of our professionals:

  • Mental health problems

  • Suicidal problems

  • Legal problems

  • Medical problems

  • Financial issues
