We understand the frustrations caused by the health system and, therefore, we want to distinguish ourselves by offering a professional and efficient service to meet your needs and minimize your trips. You can contact the Patient Assistance Services by calling our direct line at 514 747-8089. Physimed’ agents will register your request and will make sure that it is completed as soon as possible.
These telephone services are not covered by the RAMQ and require considerable time and administration (management) so they are well fulfilled. Consequently, the patients will be charged for these services. The fees should be paid by credit card at the time of the request.
If you do not wish to pay the fees associated with these services, you can always get your prescription renewals or obtain assistance from a physician by coming to our clinic, by appointment or at the walk-in clinic.
The opening hours for the Patient Assistance Services are from Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
