Physimed Health Group has always recognized the importance of quality control of its services and it is with great pride that Physimed Health Group has been certified ISO 9002 in 1998. By demonstrating leadership and innovation, Physimed was the first medical clinic in North America to receive ISO certification. Since then, Physimed annually renews its commitment to promoting the excellence of its services by maintaining its accreditation ISO 9001: 2008.
The services of Physimed covered by our quality control process concern all the activities of the medical clinic including Family Medicine Unit, Travel Health Clinic and Specialty Medicine Unit such as surgery, urology, cardiology, pediatrics and other.
Physimed is committed to providing its customers with services that meet their needs and respect the different professional codes of ethics as well as the limits of the laws imposed by the Ministry of Health and Social Services.
Physimed is committed to continuously improve customer satisfaction, effectiveness of its quality system and to encourage the involvement of its staff in achieving its quality objectives. Therefore, we conduct regularly surveys among our patients that allow us to optimize the quality of our services and the satisfaction of our customers.
We are also proud to have won the “Consumer Choice Award” as the best medical clinic in the Greater Montreal for 5 consecutive years since 2012.
