An employee assistance program is a professional and confidential service offered by companies to their employees to help solve a wide range of problems that may affect their work performance and well-being.

 

Given that the number of meetings is usually limited and predetermined by the employer, the assistance program is mandatorily based on a short-term approach which allows obtaining tangible results for each case in order to address occasional difficulties with issues such as:
